The 2nd generation

Lucas started on the job site at a young age. He saw carpenters and builders in action and learned by observation. He later took his apprenticeship at Lakeshore Tech and joined the family business.

He has done many projects with Dave and enjoys the process of building a home. He really loves being in his woodshop, creating custom work.

Lucas married Leah in 2024, and while she has learned a lot being on the job site, you’ll most likely find her in the office responding to emails.

They love to travel in their camper van during the slow season, and Lucas keeps busy with projects and fixes.

The first generation

It all started with Dave and Myra, who have been married well over 50 years. In the 60s, Dave started his apprenticeship and worked in the Plymouth area doing general construction.

Since then, he has built multiple subdivisions and hundreds of houses in the county; he is a past president of the Sheboygan County Home Builders Association; and he raised a family of 5 children.

Nowadays, he is still on the job site, but also loves time with his grandkids and tending to his chickens.
